Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Shopp.KRD platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shopp.KRD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shopp.KRD is a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that allows users to create and manage online stores. We provide store hosting, product management, order processing, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • You may run more than one store. Creating accounts to evade limits, bans or payment obligations is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Store Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Distribute malware or harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any store that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Plans & Subscription

  • The Free plan is permanent. There is no trial period and no expiry date.
  • The Free plan allows up to 25 orders per month. When you reach it, your storefront stays online and nothing is deleted — only new orders pause until the next month begins.
  • Pro is optional. It removes the order limit and unlocks the additional features listed on our pricing page.
  • We never take a commission or transaction fee on your sales.
  • Pro fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Pro fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel Pro at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Your account then returns to the Free plan. Your storefront stays online and your products, orders and customers are not deleted.
  • The Free plan order limit applies again from that point.
  • You may delete your account entirely at any time, which removes your store and its data.

7. Your Data

Your store data is yours. That includes your products, your images, your orders and your customer list.

  • You can export your products, orders and customers at any time from your dashboard, on any plan.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer list to market to your customers.
  • We store and process your data only to run the Service for you.
  • If you delete your account, we remove your store data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Shopp.KRD platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you upload to your store (products, images, descriptions).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopp.KRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopp.KRD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your store content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shopp.KRD operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
