Common questions
Will my customers actually buy from a website instead of messaging me?
Most keep messaging you at first — that's normal, and your store doesn't stop that. What changes is that customers who don't want to negotiate, or who are browsing at 2am, can order without waiting for you. Merchants usually see their first website order within the first week of putting the link in their Instagram bio.
How do I get my money? Do you handle it?
With cash on delivery, the money goes straight from your customer to you or your courier. Shopp.KRD never touches it and never takes a percentage. We're software you pay for, not a middleman in your sales.
What happens to my Instagram followers?
